Our Story
The year was 2019, the Lockington Hotel was facing uncertainty. With the owners approaching retirement and no interested buyers, the future of the hotel was bleak. Until a group of like-minded locals decided that the pub was too good to lose.
This is when the hotel was reborn, as the Lockington Community Hotel, with the greater community banding together to purchase and refresh the hotel, to make it better than ever.

After over 4 years of operation as the Lockington Community Hotel, business is booming. The hotel serves as a hub of community activity, a place for people to socialise and enjoy great food and great hospitality.
With no sign of slowing down, the Lockington Community Hotel, is a beacon of hope, that small towns are not dying, but becoming stronger than ever.
